38 y/o Female, diagnosed in April 2018 with Stage pT1a Melanoma. 0.3MM Breslow Thickness, Clarks Level II, No Ulceration.

Nov 2018 diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Cancer. Full Thyroidectomy Jan 2019.

Jan 2019 Diagnosed with Melanoma in SITU on left forearm. Wide Excision Feb 2019. Pending pathology.
