        PLEASE go and see a dermatologist. PLEASE. No one here can tell you for sure what it is you have, but a doctor will be able to give you more information and will put your mind at rest. Most likely it is nothing serious, but would you bet your life on it? Remember, skin cancer is very treatable in early stages. Don't take any chances, ok? x

          Also, justt wanted to add, her knees are hurting a lot. That is partly ther eason for the fall she said

                  Thank you very much for your answer and support!. They are trying to decide whether to do SRS or surgery. They said probably SRS because as she is on Warfarin  surgery may be too risky. The team seems knowledgeble and have good reputation…
