52 1/2 year old white male. 6′ 2″ tall, 185 lbs. I work out religiously and it is mental stress relief for tough days and times. 2 children, Young man 19 years old, Freshman off to college, 16 year old daughter, junior in high school, living at home with me. Being working as a Data Center Manager for the past 14+ years. College graduate. Served 24 total years in the US Army, Reserves and Ohio Army National Guard. Flew helicopters for 20 years. I wear hearing aids due to mid-range hearing loss. Had partial Hip resurfacing done on right hip in January 2013. Been going through a divorce for the past 3 months, which hasn’t helped this diagnosis and pending treatment option.
