        Please find another dermatologist ASAP!  Someon qualified who listens to you and will remove anything you want removed.  Why should you suffer and feel anxious?  Remember that doctors work for you.  You hire them and if you're not happy, change.  See someone else.  Get second and third opinions when needed.
